About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Gaming Attendant, on a casual basis, to join the team at Kings Cross Hotel.

You’ll provide friendly, attentive service to our gaming patrons, confidently handle cash transactions and help maintain a welcoming, well-presented gaming room. This role suits someone with strong attention to detail, a sound understanding of gaming operations and a commitment to responsible service.

Availability for late-night and weekend shifts is essential, with some weekday availability also required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver friendly, professional and attentive service to gaming patrons
- Operate and monitor gaming machines, assisting patrons with enquiries
- Process payouts and cash transactions accurately
- Assist with cash reconciliation and opening or closing procedures as required
- Maintain responsible gambling standards and follow venue policies and procedures
- Keep the gaming room clean, organised and well presented
- Work closely with the wider venue team to support smooth daily operations

About You:





- At least six months of experience working in a gaming room
- Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG
- A current police check
- Able to provide two referees
- Strong cash handling skills and attention to detail
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional and available for late-night and weekend shifts
