Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Monterey

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Monterey, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Hours you need to be free

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Rent and support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Pay and super

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Your responsibilities

Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.



Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Attend mentoring and team workshops.

To be considered

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
