The Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic, professional, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing team. While you will manage a broad scope of general dentistry, this role is tailored for a clinician who has a strong interest or advanced proficiency in surgical dentistry (including wisdom teeth extractions, implantology, bone grafting, and full-mouth rehabilitation).

Key Responsibilities

- Provide a high standard of comprehensive general dental care and treatment planning.
- Perform complex surgical procedures, including surgical extractions, wisdom teeth removal, and implant placement (commensurate with your experience).




- Utilise advanced technology to educate patients and deliver precise clinical outcomes.Collaborate with our team to foster an exceptional patient experience and contribute to the growth of the new practice.

About You

Qualifications: Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Dentist with valid skilled indemnity insurance and radiation licence.

Experience: 2–5+ years of private practice experience is preferred, though confident clinicians looking to grow their surgical portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Surgical Interest: Demonstrated continuing education (CE) or clinical confidence in oral surgery and/or implant dentistry.

Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a warm, empathetic manner that builds immediate trust with new patients.
