Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West St Ives Chase

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in St Ives Chase. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

Pay rates

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Rent and support

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

What the role involves

- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- To be considered





Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
