Operating as the face of the bakery during the weekend rush, this role is fast-paced and diverse. Main duties include:

- Customer Service: Greeting locals, answering questions, and taking orders at the counter.
- Food & Drink Prep: Constructing fresh sandwiches and learning basic coffee preparation.
- Bakery Operations: Slicing fresh bread, packing items, and stocking display cabinets.
- Cash Handling: Processing cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
- Shop Upkeep: Cleaning counters, wiping down tables, and keeping the service area spotless.

Candidate Requirements

- Weekend Availability: Consistent availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Early Starts: Ability to reliably commence work from 6:00 AM.
- Communication Skills: A bright,



friendly personality with a natural knack for customer service.
- Work Ethic: The ability to multi-task and stay calm when the shop gets busy.
- Great teamwork, neat presentation, and a high standard of personal hygiene.
- Prior barista or food prep experience is a bonus, but not required—we will provide full training for the right candidate!

Pay: $18.77 – $29.21 per hour

Expected hours: 7.0 – 15.0 per week
