Key responsibilities

- Deliver warm, attentive and professional service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
- Welcome guests, manage seating and guide them confidently through their dining experience.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in our Iberian and Mediterranean menu, providing informed recommendations on dishes, specials and seasonal offerings.
- Develop and share your knowledge of our distinctive European wine list, beverages and food-and-wine pairings.
- Take accurate orders and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain excellent service standards, including table presentation, efficient clearing and resetting,



and attention to detail throughout service.
- Process payments accurately and confidently operate our POS system.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of dietary requirements, allergens and responsible service practices.
- Respond to guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism, warmth and sound judgement.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team, contributing to a positive, organised and professional service environment.

What we're looking for

We are seeking an individual who brings both professionalism and personality to the floor, with a genuine appreciation for hospitality and a desire to continually develop their craft.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience in a quality restaurant, wine bar or comparable front-of-house environment.
- A genuine passion for food, wine and the traditions of Iberian and Mediterranean dining.
- An interest in European wines and a willingness to develop your knowledge of our carefully curated wine list.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage naturally with a diverse range of guests.
- A polished, personable and guest-focused approach to service.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
- The ability to remain composed, organised and efficient in a busy service environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to teamwork.
- Confidence with POS systems, payments and established service procedures.
- An understanding of food safety, dietary requirements and allergen management.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
