You'll help with:

- Manage calendars, emails, and appointments
- Coordinate showings, inspections, and vendor schedules
- Prepare contracts, listings, and marketing materials
- Update CRM and maintain client files
- Assist with social media and listing marketing
- Perform light administrative and personal errands
- Collaborate with the team to meet targets and celebrate collective achievements
- Manage enquiries via email, phone, and SMS to ensure timely and professional responses
