An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Dental Receptionist and/or Dental Assistant to join our specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Robina.
Due to a valued long-term team member relocating interstate, we are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated individual to become part of our close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone with an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a busy specialist practice.
About the Role
Depending on your experience and skill level, duties may include:
General reception and patient administration
Treatment coordination and patient communication
3D surgical guide design and printing
Supporting implant and surgical procedures
Our practice has a strong focus on dental implants, so previous implant experience or knowledge will be highly regarded.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Receptionist
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate robust organisational and multitasking abilities
Be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
Maintain a professional and positive attitude
Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to patient care
Qualifications
The following qualifications are highly desirable:
Certificate III in Dental Assisting
Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (Dental Radiography)
Applicants who are willing to undertake further training to obtain relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
