UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Child and Family Case Worker in Toowoomba to support complex families within the Intensive Family Support Service. You will conduct in-home visits, develop case plans and coordinate referrals to specialist services to keep children protected.
This role requires a relevant degree and 2+ years in case management, with knowledge of domestic violence and First Nations communities. A Blue Card and a valid Queensland driver’s licence are essential.
