Physiotherapist – Thrive Medical (Broken Hill, NSW)

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + super + relocation assistance + advantages

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Thrive Medical. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults, children, and older adults with diverse and often complex needs. You’ll work collaboratively with GPs, various allied health professionals, and care services teams to deliver evidence-based assessment, intervention, and rehabilitation across a broad caseload.

As part of the role, you will:

Deliver comprehensive musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans

Provide individualised rehabilitation programs for acute and chronic conditions, post-surgical recovery, and injury management

Facilitate group rehabilitation and exercise programs tailored to varied populations, including older adults and those with chronic disease

Support compensable schemes including WorkCover, Medicare and NDIS

Conduct pre-employment functional and workplace assessments as required

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and client-centred care

Participate in health promotion, preventative care, and community-based initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

SIRA (or willingness to obtain)

Current First Aid & CPR certification





National Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC)

NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain)

Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy practice

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team

Commitment to ongoing professional development

Experience working in private practice, community health, or compensable scheme environments (WorkCover, NDIS and DVA)

Interest in group program delivery and/or specialist skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, or paediatric physiotherapy

Clinical Pilates Qualification

An interest in Women's Health Physiotherapy or willingness to upskill in this area, with financial support available to do so
