Pathways Residences is a luxury Aged Care provider across Sydney. We are seeking a friendly and skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team in Northbridge NSW 2230 on a permanent full-time basis - Monday to Friday.
35 an hour + super + 17.5% annual leave loading + 1 additional EA public holiday

About the role
You will manage the daily upkeep of the facility including:
- Coordinate deliveries with contractors and suppliers
- Inventory control
- Perform a variety of handyman tasks (changing light bulbs, fixing broken furniture,
addressing minor repairs and replacements)
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Collaborate with other departments and report to the Executive Manager the current status of jobs, repairs, inventory etc
- Requesting quotes of external trade work, coordinating approved external trade work
- Maintaining good paperwork that complies with Aged Care Standards
About you
- Aged Care experience highly valued (but not essential)
- Demonstrated experience in handyman/trade/maintenance work
- Awareness of regulations and the importance of compliance
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Finds reward in knowing that they are part of a team that truly care for our elderly Australians
- Must have current police check, covid vaccine and 100 points of ID
