Bluegrass BBQ Eatons Hill is looking for experienced Front of House team members to join our crew.

After nearly eight years in operation, we’ve built a strong reputation for great BBQ, genuine hospitality and memorable guest experiences. We’re proud of what we’ve created, and we’re looking for people who share that same passion for service, quality and teamwork.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who brings experience, confidence and a genuine commitment to making every guest feel welcome.

You’ll bring:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a full-service Front of House role.
- A strong understanding of the sequence of service and professional dining standards.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Confidence carrying three plates.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- A current RSA certificate, or a willingness to obtain one.




- Availability across weekdays and weekends — no late nights!
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our guests and your teammates.
