ACCIONA is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead civil crews on NSW regional projects, guiding daily work to program while upholding safety and quality standards. You will plan, sequence and coordinate plant, labour and materials, monitor environmental requirements, report progress to the project team, and mentor junior staff to develop site delivery skills.

You will advance from crew supervision to site delivery leadership through mentoring and development support in a agile on-site
