We’re growing, and we’re looking for aSenior Tax Accountantwho wants real responsibility, client ownership, and a pathway to progression.

The Role

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and delivering high-quality accounting and tax outcomes.

You’ll work closely with advisers and directors, with exposure to strategy, structuring, and advisory — not just compliance.

Open to discussions about equity in the business from day 1.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of business and individual clients

Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns,



and BAS

Providing tax planning and structuring advice

Reviewing work completed by junior accountants

Liaising directly with clients and external stakeholders

Identifying opportunities to add value beyond compliance

About You

You’re technically strong, commercially minded, and confident dealing with clients.

You’ll likely have:

CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)

5+ years’ experience in public practice

Tax Agent License Holder - highly desirable

Strong knowledge of Australian tax and compliance

Experience reviewing work and mentoring others

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A desire to grow with a firm, not just sit in a role
