ENOSHCP in Sydney seeks an Assistant Coordinator/2iC/Educational Leader to help lead our OSHC service across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care. You’ll work with the Director and Senior Team to lead programming, reflection and evaluation, guiding educators and shaping meaningful experiences for children.

You will support daily service operations, build solid relationships with children and families, and contribute to quality improvement, compliance, and staff development.
