About the role
We are seeking talented individuals to join our Moorabbin VIC location for various full-time signage positions. These roles are integral to our operations, contributing directly to the creation and installation of bespoke signage solutions that enhance our clients' brand presence. Whether you are experienced in sign writing, fabrication, installation or design, we have opportunities available to suit your skill set. This is a full-time position based at our Moorabbin facility, where you will work alongside a dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering exceptional signage products and services.
What you'll be doing
- Design and create bespoke signage solutions tailored to client specifications and requirements
- Fabricate sign components using various materials including vinyl, acrylic, timber and metal
- Hand-paint detailed lettering and graphics onto signs with precision and artistry
- Install signage on client premises, ensuring accurate placement and professional finishing
- Operate and maintain specialised signage equipment and machinery
- Prepare surfaces and apply protective coatings to ensure durability and longevity
- Maintain a clean,
safe and well-organised work environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
What we're looking for
We are seeking candidates with the following skills, qualifications and experience:
- Proven experience in signage, painting, hand lettering or a related trade within the Painters & Sign Writers industry
- Strong technical proficiency with signage materials, including vinyl, acrylic, timber and metal
- Demonstrated ability to work with hand tools and signage equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Ability to read and interpret design specifications and technical drawings
- Reliable and professional approach to work with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to take direction well
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (preferred but not essential)
