Detailed Job Description:

As a Delivery Lead acting as Project Manager and Change Manager based in Melbourne or Sydney, Australia, you will take full operational, tactical, and strategic ownership of end-to-end project delivery, migration waves, change windows, CAB approvals, and Go/No-Go governance meetings. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules, milestones, and reporting, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across Telco, Ericsson, and Wipro, managing dependencies and escalations, ensuring migration quality, overseeing production cutovers,



validating acceptance criteria, and enforcing rollback readiness. You will utilize your proactive problem-solving and executive leadership skills to resolve complex project bottlenecks under strict enterprise service level agreements. Furthermore, ensure strict compliance with the 10+ years of Telecom SI experience and valid Australian work rights requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end telecommunications system integration project delivery, governance, schedules, milestones, and executive reporting.
- Manage complex migration waves, scheduled change windows, Request for Change (RFC) submissions, CAB approvals, and Go/No-Go meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Telco operators, Ericsson, and Wipro, actively managing dependencies, risks, and escalations.
- Ensure migration quality, flawless production cutovers, strict acceptance criteria adherence, and comprehensive rollback readiness.
- Oversee OSS/NMS transformation, integration, and migration programs across large-scale enterprise network environments.
- Maintain rigorous project documentation, risk registers, stakeholder communication plans, and milestone sign-off sheets.
- Provide expert technical and project management leadership to multidisciplinary engineering and operations squads.
- Author meticulous migration runbooks, executive status decks,



post-mortem reports, and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive professional experience in Telecom System Integration (SI) project delivery and management.
- Proven practical expertise in OSS/NMS transformation, integration, or large-scale network migration programs.
- Robust, demonstrable operational knowledge of ITIL Change Management frameworks and production network change procedures.
- Exceptional analytical, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities under high-pressure environments.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong executive presentation and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Mandatory valid Australian work rights and legal eligibility for employment in Australia (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Physical availability for on-site operations in Melbourne or Sydney, Australia.
