Leading and motivating a team to delivery strong customer experiences Driving sales, service and day-to-day department performance Coaching and developing team members Supporting visual merchandising and store standards Managing a fast-paced, high-volume environment Helping create a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture About You Previous retail leadership experience or

strong leadership experience in a rapid-paced hospitality environment A genuine passion for people,
