Key responsibilities

- Supervising Projects: Liaise with the Scheduling Team, completing reports, conducting audits, and ensuring jobs are delivered on time and on budget.
- Customer Service: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
- Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and motivating your team to deliver top-notch results.
- Safety: Actively promote and enforce Site Safety
- Business Growth: Building relationships with new and existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Streamlining processes and finding better ways to deliver our services.

About you

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project management (familiarity with tools like Simpro is a bonus).
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- A track record of building robust client and team relationships.
- A positive, reliable, and professional attitude.
