Brisbane Racing Club is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily club operations at The Gibson venue in Stafford. You will oversee bar, gaming, food and beverage, facilities and events, ensuring exceptional hospitality and a safe, welcoming setting for members and guests.

We value hands-on leaders who can balance operational demands with high-quality service, staff development, and ongoing process improvements in a fast-paced racing and events calendar.
