As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of all aspects of store operations, setting high standards and leading by example. You'll guide a small, customer-focused team to deliver outstanding service and create a shopping experience that's full of variety, value, and energy.

This is a hands‑on, physically active role in a fast‑paced environment. You'll be managing high volumes of sales and overseeing the efficient merchandising of large pallet deliveries to keep the store running smoothly and looking sharp.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and customer service

- Lead, coach, and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Manage high volumes of stock and ensure efficient merchandising of pallet deliveries

- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets

- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to company standards

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care

- Assist with rostering, training, and performance management of team members

- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Comfortable with physically active work and fast‑paced environments

- Solid understanding of sales performance, inventory control, and merchandising

- Proficiency in POS systems and retail reporting tools, excel and MS Office

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
