You'll be the first point of contact for clients, both in person and on the phone, and the person the team relies on to keep the office organised. No accounting experience is needed. If you're well organised, good with people and comfortable with computers, we'll teach you the rest.
Key responsibilities
Greeting clients and answering phone and email enquiries
Managing appointments and diaries
Following up clients for outstanding information and signed documents
Scanning, filing and keeping client records up to date in our practice software
Preparing and sending engagement letters, invoices and general correspondence
Assisting with debtor follow-up
General office duties such as mail, supplies and keeping reception tidy
About you
Previous administration or reception experience, ideally in a professional office
Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent organisation skills and solid attention to detail
Warm, professional manner with clients
Able to handle confidential information discreetly
Experience in an accounting, legal or similar office is a bonus but not essential
