Job Summary Serves as first point of contact with customer to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the branch location. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Create basic work orders in required systems
• Raise purchase orders and process supplier invoices to AP
• Process customer invoices in the system
• Enter training records for the service team
• Assist at Service Reception when required
• Answer branch calls To be successful in this role you will need the following: Competencies
