About the role
We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Administrator to own the health, accuracy and governance of an enterprise-scale CMDB. You'll configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping and integrations, and make sure the CMDB is a trusted foundation for IT operations and asset management.

What you'll do
• Maintain and improve CMDB health, data accuracy and governance
• Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, Agent Client Collector (ACC) and cloud integrations
• Manage CMDB integrations, IRE rules, Service Graph Connectors and data imports
• Monitor and fix data quality, reconciliation and CI lifecycle issues
• Support Software and Hardware Asset Management processes and reporting Key skills
• CMDB administration and governance
• ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
• MID Server and Agent Client Collector (ACC)
• AWS cloud discovery




• Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
• Service Graph Connectors and integrations
• Import sets, transform maps and data management
• CMDB data quality, attestation and certification
• CyberArk and External Credential Storage (ECS)
• SAM Pro and HAM Pro
• CSDM, reporting and dashboards What you'll bring
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Asset Management
