We're looking for a passionate Cook or emerging Chef to join our small kitchen team at Little Parrot, a well-loved neighbourhood restaurant in South Cronulla. We serve fresh, seasonal food with a focus on simple, delicious flavours, and we're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in cooking and wants to keep developing their skills. What makes this a excellent opportunity? Working in a small kitchen means you'll be involved in much more than just one section. You'll work closely with our Head Chef, gain experience across different areas of the kitchen and have the chance to contribute your own ideas for dishes, specials and seasonal menus. We're looking for someone who enjoys cooking, is curious about food, and wants to be part of a team that cares about what goes on the plate.

About the role
• Food preparation, cooking and plating during service
• Working across pasta, grill, entrées and desserts
• Learning and developing your skills alongside our Head Chef
• Contributing ideas for dishes, specials and menu development
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, cleanliness and organisation
