About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in the Customer Service module and Azure-based integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and customising D365 solutions, implementing workflows and integrating applications using Microsoft Azure services.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, customise and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
• Configure workflows,
business processes and automation to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Azure Functions and cloud flows.
• Support data integration, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. Required Skills and Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Experience in D365 customisation, configuration and development.
• Practical experience with Azure Functions and Power Automate cloud flows.
• Understanding of API integrations and Azure-based solutions.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Desirable Skills
• Experience with Azure Service Bus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and REST APIs.
