An exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced Senior Paralegal to support the Partner of our Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) practice at Law Partners, one of Australia's largest specialist personal injury law firms. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced MVA paralegal who enjoys working on complex matters, takes pride in delivering exceptional client care, and is ready to take a leadership role in guiding and developing more junior support staff. You'll work closely with a respected Partner, play a key role in the smooth running of the practice and help foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment. The Role As Senior Paralegal, you'll provide high-level support to the Partner and contribute to the effective management of the MVA practice. Combining robust technical expertise with a proactive, hands-on approach, you'll be a trusted point of contact for the Partner and the wider team. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing comprehensive paralegal support to the Partner across MVA matters.
• Assisting with the management of a varied motor vehicle accident personal injury caseload.
• Preparing correspondence, court documents, pleadings and other legal documentation.
• Liaising with clients, medical providers, insurers, counsel and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring limitation dates, court deadlines and critical file milestones.




• Managing matter progression and ensuring files are maintained to a high standard.
• Identifying potential issues and proactively assisting with their resolution.
• Guiding, mentoring and developing junior paralegals and legal support staff.
• Supporting workflow management, knowledge sharing and consistent team processes.
• Contributing to a positive, accountable and client-focused practice environment. About You You'll be an accomplished paralegal with substantial experience in motor vehicle accident personal injury matters and the confidence to operate at a senior level. You enjoy taking ownership, supporting a busy Partner and helping less experienced team members grow their skills. To be successful, you'll bring:
• Extensive MVA experience is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of MVA claims, processes and documentation.
