The Opportunity This senior management role bridges commercial engagement and service delivery. You will help set strategic direction and then make it happen—building robust client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring our workforce, equipment, logistics, and operational systems are perfectly prepared to execute.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Commercial Growth
• Own client engagement and retention across the full event lifecycle.
• Pursue new business, new service offerings, and increase operational capacity.
• Manage budgets, financials, and the Service Delivery business plan. Operations & Logistics
• Lead high-quality first aid, health, and medical service delivery across events.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, vehicles, office requirements, and logistics.
• Supervise event scheduling, rostering systems, and staffing communications. People & Compliance
• Lead workforce capacity planning, recruitment, onboarding, and KPIs.
• Act as an escalation point for operational issues and client concerns.




• Ensure all contractual, regulatory, and patient information requirements are met. What You Will Bring

Experience:
Proven background in sport, events, event health, venue operations, or a closely related service-delivery environment.
