The Role We're looking for an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to provide ILS subject matter expertise across several Defence acquisition projects and government submissions in Canberra. This is a shared role: you'll develop the ILS documentation that goes into government submissions, and identify and manage ILS activities and artefacts for sub-system capabilities. You'll also support the projects through the acquisition and roll-out phases, with ILS documentation, artefacts and all related activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide ILS subject matter expertise to acquisition projects and government submissions, and manage ILS activities and artefacts for sub-system capabilities
• Develop, review and update ILS documentation, including Integrated Logistics Support Plans and Instructions, product support analysis and physical configuration audit documentation
• Review ILS documentation prepared by internal teams and external contractors
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate monthly ILS working groups, including minutes and action tracking
• Coordinate ILS document endorsement and capability operator acceptance before transition
• Report regularly on ILS activities, risks and issues Required




• Experience developing ILS documentation for acquisition projects
• Experience drafting government submission documentation
• Materiel Codification Catalogue Course (MCCAT) and Introduction to Codification training
• Asset Under Construction (AUC) experience, including asset capitalisation and rollout tools
• Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience
• Configuration management tool experience
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience, including SAP S/4 HANA Engagement Details
