• Champion the development and deployment of the Lantmännen Unibake Health and Safety roadmap.
• Collaborate with site leaders to implement best practices to elevate health and safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and work with teams to identify hazards, ensuring corrective actions are taken.




• Identify training needs and enhance staff awareness through effective health and safety programs.
• Stay ahead of health and safety legislation, guiding the company to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Analyze health and safety incidents, identifying trends and recommending proactive measures to prevent recurrences. , This Is What You Need To Succeed
• A minimum of 5 years in a senior health and safety role, ideally within the manufacturing or food industry.
• A diploma or higher qualification in Health and Safety or a related discipline.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership abilities. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to develop clear plans aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements. Place Of Work Mordialloc, onsite parking 38 hours weekly
