The Opportunity As an Interior Designer, you'll play a key role in creating functional, engaging, and visually compelling environments that respond to our clients' needs and aspirations. Working closely with our architectural team, you'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design and client engagement through to documentation, construction, and project completion. This role offers the opportunity to contribute creatively while developing your technical and project delivery skills within a highly collaborative practice.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop interior design concepts, workplace strategies, and space-planning solutions
• Prepare drawing packages, schedules, and project documentation using Revit
• Select and specify finishes, fixtures, furniture, and materials to suit project objectives and budgets
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Participate in client workshops, presentations, and project meetings
• Coordinate documentation in accordance with Australian Standards and NCC requirements
• Support project delivery through all phases, from concept through to handover
• Contribute to the continued growth of our design culture and project excellence About You We're looking for someone who combines creativity with robust technical capability and enjoys working in a collaborative team. You'll bring:
• A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• 3+ years of professional experience in Australia
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Experience delivering commercial, workplace, industrial, or mixed-use projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong documentation and coordination abilities
• A keen eye for detail and a practical approach to problem-solving
• The ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects effectively
