About the Job The Opportunity As the Information Technology Support Analyst, you will provide high-quality technical support to end users across the business, ensuring ICT services are delivered effectively and aligned with business needs. You will manage incidents and service requests, support a range of Microsoft technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT systems and services. Responsibilities
• Managing ICT service request and Incidents for hardware and software, ensuring responses are based on ITIL principles
• Provide local and remote support for hardware, software, and user issues
• Support and troubleshooting of local AV / Microsoft Teams equipment
• Install, configure, update, and remove business applications
• Deploy and configure hardware for new and existing employees
• Manage and maintain ICT asset registers and software licensing compliance About you
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar IT support role
• Proven experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 environments
• Experience with Active Directory administration and support
