We're looking for a House & Land Coordinator to join our growing Queensland team. Working closely with the House & Land Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing new opportunities to market, maintaining package accuracy and supporting sales across some of South East Queensland's fastest-growing communities. If you're organised, commercially minded and enjoy working across sales, construction and property, this could be the ideal next step in your career. What You'll Be Doing
• Preparing, pricing and maintaining House & Land packages
• Updating package pricing, promotions, inclusions and marketing content
• Reviewing estate documentation, design guidelines, title plans, covenants and development approvals
• Completing basic site assessments and package feasibility reviews
• Assessing site costs and identifying potential construction considerations
• Maintaining CRM systems, package databases and reporting tools
• Coordinating package brochures, flyers and digital marketing collateral
• Building solid relationships with developers, land sales agents and internal stakeholders
• Providing accurate and timely package information to the sales team
• Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail What Will Help You Succeed You'll ideally have experience in House & Land, residential construction, land development, property, sales support or administration and enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same. • Experience preparing and managing House & Land packages
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to interpret estate documentation, plans, engineering drawings and design guidelines
• An understanding of residential construction and site-related cost considerations
• Knowledge of site suitability, setbacks, overlays and estate requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using CRM systems, Excel and reporting tools
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work autonomously while keeping projects moving
