Role Description We are looking for a Senior HSE Advisor to work full-time, on-site, in a client-side role on a major civil infrastructure project in Melbourne. You will be the client's day-to-day safety presence, overseeing the principal contractor's performance, verifying critical risk controls in the field, and helping the client meet its obligations to its own government client. Day to day you will review contractor documentation and high-risk work methods, verify controls on site,



support critical risk reviews and incident investigations, maintain the client's safety reporting, and advise the project team on its role as a client to a principal contractor. You will be supported by senior ACG practitioners providing independent governance oversight across the project. Qualifications and experience
• Senior safety experience in civil infrastructure, ideally with exposure to bridge or structures work, temporary works, complex lifting and work beside live traffic
• Client-side or delivery-agency experience on a major road or rail project, and a clear understanding of what a client owes a principal contractor
• Demonstrated experience in contractor assurance, auditing and verification, with solid written reporting
