As a firm prominent in the field of employment law with a diverse range of clients, including larger corporations, small and medium business owners and local government, we have a great chance for a technically skilled and commercially astute Lawyer to join our team. You will participate in the full range of employment law issues including:
· General Protections Applications
· Unfair Dismissal Claims
· Workplace Investigations
· Sexual Harassment and Discriminations matters
· Regulatory and compliance and disciplinary proceedings
· Underpayment Claims About you You should have at least 2-3 years of successful experience as an Employment Lawyer and the qualities required to succeed including:
• Client focus with practical and commercial solutions orientation
• Strong relationship skills




• Business acumen with an interest and focus on the business of law including drive for financial and non-financial success
• Comfortable in both collaborative and autonomous roles
• Work closely with business development professionals to assist client’s solve business critical issues and develop ongoing strategies
• Technical competence across the broader suite of employment law and IR business issues
