We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant with a minimum of five (5) years hands-on experience delivering enterprise IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in one or more leading IAM platforms, such as SailPoint, Oracle, Ping Identity, One Identity and/or Saviynt, and a proven track record of delivering IAM projects in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of IAM solutions across multiple platforms.
• Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
• Deliver end-to-end IAM capabilities, including identity lifecycle management, RBAC, PAM, SSO, MFA, and governance.
• Perform integration with enterprise applications and directory services.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and provide expert-level support.
• Contribute to project planning, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder communication.




• Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on IAM consulting experience.
• Solid experience with one or more IAM platforms: SailPoint ISC/IIQ, One Identity Manager, Ping/ForgeRock, Oracle IAM, Saviynt.
• Solid understanding of identity lifecycle, authentication, authorisation, RBAC/ABAC, and federation standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
• Strong documentation, analysis, and solution design skills.
• Relevant IAM certifications preferred; PAM experience and certifications (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea) a bonus.
• Australian Citizenship required; existing security clearance preferred.
