LJ Hooker Property Point is adding a Property Manager, based at our Werribee office, working alongside experienced property management colleagues with dedicated leasing and inspections support.

The role





Take ownership of your portfolio, managing client communication, maintenance, arrears, rent reviews, renewals and VCAT matters as required. Build strong relationships, keep people informed and follow through.

About you

You have residential property management experience, confidently manage a portfolio and take pride in your organisation, communication and results. You enjoy solving problems and being part of a team.

You’ll need an Agent’s Representative qualification and current driver’s licence. Experience with various property management software is highly regarded.
