Rich Glen Olive Estate
Yarrawonga
Warehouse Operations & Fulfilment Assistant
Full Time | Yarrawonga, VIC
Grown. Created. Made. Loved.
At Rich Glen, everything begins on our family farm.
What started in 1998, when father and son Franc and Daimien planted over 35,000 olive trees along the Murray River, has grown into a proudly family-owned business creating award-winning food, skincare and gifting products enjoyed across Australia.
From the olives we grow to the products we craft and the experiences we create, every part of our business is connected by a simple belief: the best products come from the best ingredients and the best people.
We're looking for a hands-on, reliable and energetic Warehouse Operations & Fulfilment Assistant who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and thrives in a busy, team-focused environment.
About the Role
This is a diverse, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same!
You'll work across both our Warehouse and Fulfilment teams, helping keep stock moving, orders flowing and our customers happy.
From coordinating stock transfers and incoming freight to packing online orders and creating our signature Rich Glen hampers, you'll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being active, knows their way around a warehouse and is happy to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations: Assist with the receipting, movement, storage and dispatch of stock.
- Stock Transfers: Assist in picking, preparing and coordinating stock transfers between Rich Glen locations.
- Freight & Deliveries:
Assist with incoming and outgoing freight, ensuring goods are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operate forklifts to move, load and unload stock.
- Online Order Fulfilment: Support the picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders.
- Hamper Packing: Help with the movement of stock for hampers along with assembling and packing our popular Rich Glen gift hampers with care and attention to detail.
- Stock Accuracy: Assist with stock organisation, inventory checks and maintaining a tidy, efficient warehouse.
- Team Support & Safety: Work collaboratively across teams while maintaining high standards of workplace health and safety.
What You'll Bring
- A current forklift licence (essential) and confidence operating forklifts safely.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, stock handling, freight or logistics.
- A sound understanding of warehouse procedures and WHS requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, reliable and flexible attitude, with a willingness to jump in and help the team wherever needed.
Experience with online order fulfilment or pick-and-pack operations would be an advantage.
Why Rich Glen?
At Rich Glen, you're more than a job title.
You'll be part of a growing, family-owned Australian business where people genuinely care about one another, ideas are welcomed and everyone contributes to something bigger.
What makes this role different?
You'll enjoy the variety of working across both warehouse operations and eCommerce fulfilment, gaining exposure to different parts of our business and the products we proudly create.
We're a fast-moving business where teamwork matters, there's always something happening and everyone has the opportunity to make a real difference.
