About the Role

We're looking for a Duty Manager to play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences and supporting a positive team culture, and to support our summer peak period. Working closely with the Venue Manager and the Restaurant Manager, you'll provide hands-on leadership across daily operations while ensuring our service, safety and hospitality standards are consistently delivered.

What You'll be Doing

- Lead and support front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.

- Coach, motivate and collaborate with the team to create a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

- Drive smooth and efficient service periods while maintaining attention to detail and operational excellence.

- Ensure a safe,



welcoming and compliant environment for both guests and team members.

- Take ownership of guest feedback, venue presentation and day-to-day operational success while acting as the leader on duty.

What You’ll Bring:

- Experience in hospitality leadership or supervisory role

- Holds a current Approved Manager Licence (essential)

- Strong bar experience (preferable)

- Is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading by example

- A positive attitude, solid leadership skills and a collaborative approach

- The ability to stay calm and focused in high-energy environments

- Availabilities for weekend shifts

Eligibility

- Applicants must have current Australian working rights.

- Hold a valid Approved Manager Licence, RSA, and Food Handler Certificate

- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
