City Kia Richmond is looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop Controller to lead our busy service department and oversee a team of 10 technicians.

About the Role
As Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the daily workflow of 10 mechanics/technicians
- Allocating repair orders and monitoring productivity
- Ensuring workshop efficiency and high-quality workmanship
- Supporting technicians with technical guidance when required
- Liaising with service advisors and management
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and positive workshop environment
- Assisting with roadworthy inspections and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a Workshop Controller or senior workshop role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Competent computer skills
Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and team-first mentality
Roadworthy Licence preferred
Kia dealership experience highly regarded but not essential
