We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our growing team and help us deliver clinical excellence to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Development, implementation, and review of clinical care plans in consultation with clients, families, and health professionals.

- Ensure all care provided is secure, effective, culturally appropriate, and compliant with aged care legislation and quality standards.

- Monitor and manage clinical risk, incident reporting, infection control, and medication safety practices.

- Develop and deliver clinical training and professional development for staff and subcontractors.

- Liaise with allied health professionals, hospitals, and external providers to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with privacy and record-keeping policies.





- Support the organisation’s response to complaints, client feedback, and regulatory reviews.

- Participate in strategic planning and assist with the clinical aspects of organisational growth and service development.

Key Requirements:

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.

- Strong clinical assessment, planning, and coordination skills.

- A passion for improving the lives of older people and working within a diverse team.

- Chinese language speaking is preferred.
