Our world class manufacturing sites are located close to some of the best renewable plantation pine resources in the world - Bell Bay in Tasmania & Tarpeena in South Australia. Our fit-for-purpose indoor and outdoor plantation pine products are suitable for building new homes, renovation projects and other industrial manufacturing applications including packaging, pallets, and furniture components.

About the role:

We are now commencing recruitment for the newly created role of Technology Strategy and Transformation Manager, to be based at our head office in Scoresby.

Reporting to the Chief Transformation and Sustainability Officer, this role will be responsible for understanding how Timberlink uses its technology, processes and systems, identifying where they can work better, and turning those opportunities into funded, delivered change.

The role will also work with leaders and subject matter experts to understand business problems, redesign processes, develop evidence-based business cases and clear requirements, and translate approved ideas into successful outcomes. As part of this work, the role assesses where artificial intelligence and automation can appropriately strengthen a solution and supports their practical, responsible adoption.

About you:

- Demonstrated experience developing IT strategy to deliver business improvement, transformation,



business analysis or cross-functional projects.

- Experience analysing and redesigning business processes and facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.

- Experience developing business cases, requirements and implementation plans.

- Demonstrated ability to assess technology-enabled improvement opportunities, including potential AI use cases, in terms of business value, feasibility, data needs and risk.

- Track record of coordinating or leading initiatives from discovery through implementation and benefit measurement.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce concise, decision-ready material.
