About the Role

We are seeking experienced bartender to support our summer peak period. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also support food and wine service during peak periods. With a passion for hospitality, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to excellence, you will help create memorable experiences for our guest.

What You’ll be Doing

- Deliver warm, engaging hospitality and craft quality beverages that create memorable guest experiences.

- Work collaboratively with the wider team to uphold exceptional service standards across all front-of-house operations.

- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming bar environment, ensuring the wellbeing of both guests and team members.





- Uphold responsible service practices and comply with liquor licensing requirements and venue procedures.

- Contribute to the overall success of the venue by maintaining high standards, supporting efficient operations and taking pride in your craft.

What You’ll Bring:

- Experience as a Bartender in a premium casual dining venue, restaurant, bar, or fast-paced hospitality workplace

- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and responsible service of alcohol practices

- A warm smile, confident presence, and genuine passion for guest service

- The ability to remain calm, organised, and efficient in busy service environments, with a keen eye for detail

- A positive attitude, sense of fun and strong work ethic

- Availabilities for weekend shifts

Eligibility

- Applicants must have current Australian working rights.

- Hold a valid RSA and Food Handler Certificate

- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
