Fusion Projects - Qualified Electrician

Good Sparkies deserve a Good Crew – Qualified Electrician

Looking for a better place to work?

Most electrical companies promise a "great culture."

We would rather show it.

At Fusion Projects, we genuinely enjoy coming to work. We work hard, have plenty of banter, back each other up and take real pride in the quality of what we deliver.

We're not interested in cutting corners or rushing jobs just to move onto the next one. We believe good workmanship, good communication and good people are what keeps clients coming back.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for another qualified electrician to join the team.

So, what will you actually be working on?

Fusion Projects is a growing electrical contractor servicing the Central Coast and surrounding areas. One of the best things about Fusion is the variety, you are not going to spend the next 12 months doing the same rough ins on repeat.

You could be working on:

· Custom residential homes

· Renovations and extensions

· Commercial projects

· Service and maintenance work

· Insurance repairs

· Solar and battery installations

· Electrical upgrades and fault finding

We're building a business that focuses on quality, long-term relationships and doing the job properly the first time.

About the Role

This isn't a role where you'll be stuck doing the same thing every day.

Depending on the projects we've got underway, you'll be involved in a wide variety of electrical work while working alongside an experienced, supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Residential and commercial electrical installations

· Service, maintenance and fault finding

· Working across new builds, renovations and project work

· Solar and battery installations (where accredited)

· Communicating professionally with builders, clients and other trades

· Maintaining accurate job notes, photos and documentation through Simpro

· Working safely and maintaining a high standard of workmanship

· Supporting apprentices and contributing to a positive team culture

What makes a good Fusion Sparky?

We're looking for someone who takes pride in what they do.

You'll ideally have:

· Current NSW Electrical Licence

· Current driver's licence

· Solid residential electrical experience

· Commercial experience (highly regarded)

· Experience in solar and battery installations and/or relevant accreditation (highly regarded)

· Strong problem-solving skills

· High attention to detail

· Pride in producing quality workmanship

More importantly, we're looking for someone who:

· Turns up with a good attitude

· Wants to be part of a team

· Can have a laugh while still getting the job done

· Communicates well with clients and builders

· Is reliable, organised and takes ownership of their work

· Wants to continue learning and improving

Why Join Fusion Projects?

We're growing, but we're not interested in becoming the kind of business where good people turn into employee numbers.

You'll know the people you're working with, have a voice in how things are done and have genuine opportunities to grow as the business grows.

You'll also get:

- Competitive wages based on experience

- Plenty of variety across residential, commercial, service and solar

- Ongoing training and development

- Opportunities to step towards leadership and project management

- Modern systems and Simpro - because nobody wants to spend Friday afternoon chasing scraps of paper

- A supportive office team keeping the jobs organised

- A crew that takes quality seriously without taking themselves too seriously

Sound Like the Right Fit?

We're not looking for someone who's simply chasing another job.

We're looking for someone who wants to become part of a business that's building something for the long term.

If you enjoy quality work, good people and a workplace where your contribution is genuinely valued, we'd love to hear from you.
