Quality Centre Food Services is located in Auburn NSW and has been importing premium Italian food and products to the Australian market since 1994 and have developed a reputation as Sydney's Premier Food Distributor, offering the best quality products along with exceptional customer services.
We are currently seeking a passionate, motivated and dynamic person that could help in Accounts Receivable.
About the Role :
- Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue payments, communicating with clients to resolve any outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Process credit card payments and other forms of electronic funds transfer.
- Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.

Experience & Key responsibilities:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Exceptional customer service skills, active listening skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
- The ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced, speedy environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- An ability to troubleshoot and consistently come up with solutions for problem as they arise
- Ability to think outside the box
- Must have full working rights in Australia ( Citizen or Permanent Resident )
