CVue Property is a family-owned and operated boutique real estate agency managing quality properties throughout Perth. Over the years we've built a strong reputation for exceptional customer service, industry knowledge and genuine relationships with our clients.

With our growing property management department, we're looking for a friendly, motivated and driven Leasing Consultant / Business Development Manager to join our team.

Forget the traditional property management role!

No portfolio to manage, no endless maintenance requests and no trust accounting.

Instead, you'll spend most of your time out of the office doing what you enjoy – meeting people, leasing properties, conducting inspections, building relationships and helping grow our business.

While your main focus will be out of the office, we're very much a team. You'll be trained in our office systems and processes so you can confidently support the Property Manager when needed.

Some Saturday work will be required for home opens, with time off provided during the week. We don't watch the clock, we trust you're doing right by your team and the company.

We operate a team-based pod system, where our Property Manager handles the day-to-day office operations while you focus on activities out in the field.

We're also embracing AI and modern technology to streamline our processes, allowing our team to spend less time on administration and more time doing what matters. Very handy in a leasing role, no more long days processing applications!

Business Development With a Difference!

One of the biggest advantages of this role is that you'll have something genuinely different to offer prospective landlords.

CVue Property offers our unique One Fixed Fee property management model, giving you a simple,



transparent and compelling point of difference when winning new business.

Rather than trying to sell the same traditional fee structure as every other agency, you'll have a service that stands out and makes conversations with prospective clients that much easier.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Conducting rental home opens and private inspections

- Managing leasing enquiries and meeting prospective tenants

- Processing tenancy applications and coordinating new tenancies (with the smarts of Ai to do the heavy lifting)

- Conducting routine property inspections and preparing reports

- Identifying and securing new business

- Building relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners

- Working closely with our Property Manager as part of our pod system (so when you go on leave there is someone to keep the wheels moving in your role too)

- Assisting with office-based property management duties when required, including covering team members' leave (because we all work together to make it run smoothly)

- Embracing AI and new technology to improve the way we work

- Bringing fresh ideas, initiative and enthusiasm to help grow our business

Qualifications & Experience:

- Current WA Real Estate Registration (essential)

- Experience in leasing, property management, real estate sales or business development

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Friendly, confident and professional manner

- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently

- Proactive attitude and an interest in increasing the portfolio

- Good computer skills and a willingness to embrace AI and new technology

- Current driver's licence
