About the role

As the Clinic Administration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth, professional, and compliant operations across both sites. You will work closely with our National Operations Manager and Clinical Director to support clinicians, streamline processes, and uphold our high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee daily administration and front-of-house operations across both clinics

- Lead, support, and develop administrative staff

- Manage scheduling, bookings, and client communication

- Maintain compliance with organisational policies and NDIS requirements

- Coordinate onboarding tasks, documentation, and workflow systems

- Ensure clinics present a warm, organised, and welcoming environment

- Support operational excellence, branding consistency, and client experience

- Liaise with clinical leaders to ensure smooth multidisciplinary collaboration

- Monitor reporting, data accuracy, and administrative KPIs

About you





- Strong administration or practice management experience (multi-disciplinary preferred)

- Confident leadership skills with a supportive, team-focused approach

- Excellent communication and organisational abilities

- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites

- Tech savvy with experience in scheduling systems and workflow tools

- Knowledge of Cliniko and/or Zanda is a strong advantage

- A warm, professional presence
