Apollo Cardiology is growing, and we're looking for three enthusiastic and reliable people to join our team.

We're a busy specialist cardiology practice operating across multiple locations in Perth and regional Western Australia. We're a small, supportive team, and we're looking for people who enjoy taking responsibility for their work, have excellent attention to detail and genuinely care about providing a great experience for patients.

We currently have three full-time opportunities available.

1. Referrals & Bookings Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing incoming referrals and coordinating patient appointments to ensure patients are booked promptly and correctly.

Key responsibilities include:

- Processing incoming referrals and arranging appointments.

- Coordinating consultations and diagnostic testing.

- Managing urgent referrals and following up outstanding bookings.

- Communicating with patients, GPs and other healthcare providers.

- Maintaining accurate patient records and referral information.

We're looking for someone organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities. Previous medical administration experience is highly desirable, particularly in a specialist practice.

2. Patient Services Officer

This role is focused on patient enquiries, telephone management and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

- Answering incoming calls and managing patient enquiries.

- Responding to emails and assisting patients with appointments.

- Providing reception and administrative support.

- Maintaining accurate patient information.

- Working closely with the wider administration team to ensure patients receive timely assistance.

You'll need excellent communication skills, a friendly telephone manner and the ability to remain calm and organised in a busy workplace.

Medical reception experience would be an advantage.

3. Cardiac Technician

We're looking for a full-time Cardiac Technician to support our diagnostic services across our clinic locations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Performing ECGs.

- Fitting and removing Holter monitors and ambulatory blood pressure monitors.

- Downloading and preparing diagnostic studies.

- Ensuring patient and study information is accurate and complete.

- Maintaining diagnostic equipment and assisting with daily testing requirements.

- Supporting the clinical team with patient preparation and diagnostic workflows.

Previous experience in cardiac diagnostics is preferred. You'll need strong attention to detail, good patient communication skills and the ability to work independently.

What we're looking for

Across all three positions, we value people who are reliable, organised and willing to take initiative.

We want team members who communicate well, take pride in their work and understand the importance of accuracy in a healthcare environment.

What we offer

- Full-time, ongoing employment.

- A friendly, supportive team environment.

- Variety in your working day.

- Opportunities to develop your skills.

- Competitive remuneration based on the role and relevant experience.

How to apply

Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and which position you're interested in.

We look forward to hearing from you!
