Prime Land Consultants is a surveying and land development consultancy with operations across Australia and Malaysia.

With our Western Australian operations expanding and a strong pipeline of subdivision and development projects underway, we're looking for a motivated Survey Technician or Graduate Surveyor to join our growing Perth team.

The role

Working across a variety of residential subdivision and land development projects, you'll be involved in a broad range of surveying activities, with responsibilities tailored to your experience and capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Subdivision and engineering setout surveys

- Cadastral and boundary surveying

- Field measurements and data collection

- Survey data processing, drafting and plan preparation

- Preparing survey plans and deliverables

- Working closely with our WA surveying and development team

- Using modern surveying equipment, technology and software

What we're looking for

We're interested in hearing from applicants at different stages of their surveying careers.

Ideally, you'll have:





- Previous experience as a Survey Technician or relevant surveying qualifications

- Experience with total stations and GNSS surveying equipment

- Familiarity with Trimble equipment and software (desirable)

- An understanding of cadastral surveying and subdivision processes (desirable)

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

- A current driver's licence and Construction White Card

Recent surveying graduates with a strong interest in cadastral surveying and land development are encouraged to apply.
