Sharp & Carter are proud to be partnering with this iconic manufacturing business to recruit for their next Talent Acquisition Coordinator! Working as part of an experienced TA function, you'll support recruitment across a diverse portfolio spanning manufacturing, operations and supply chain, gaining exposure to both direct recruitment and labour hire.
You'll be given the opportunity to build your capability across the full recruitment lifecycle, develop strong relationships with hiring managers and gradually take greater ownership of your portfolio. This could be a great move for someone coming from recruitment coordination, agency recruitment or an early-career internal TA role who is looking for genuine progression within a fantastic brand.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing, operations and supply chain positions
- Proactively sourcing candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn and other relevant job boards
- Screening applications and conducting initial phone interviews
- Coordinating interviews and supporting recruitment processes through to offer
- Building relationships with hiring managers and understanding their recruitment requirements
- Supporting the management of the labour hire workforce
- Coordinating pre-employment medicals, reference checks, compliance and onboarding
- Maintaining candidate and recruitment information through JobAdder
- Providing regular communication and updates to candidates and internal stakeholders
- Developing your capability to take greater ownership of recruitment processes and your portfolio over time
About You
- Previous experience within recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment coordination
- Someone who is genuinely looking to build and progress their career within Talent Acquisition
- Agency recruiters looking to make the move into an internal TA environment are encouraged to apply
- Exposure to labour hire and/or blue-collar recruitment would be highly regarded
- Resilient, responsive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication skills and confidence building relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Experience across manufacturing, operations, supply chain or a similar operational environment would be advantageous
